A lot has happened on our property at Kaskelstraße 38 since the beginning of the year: preparatory measures included explosive ordnance detection, demolition and preparation of the gable walls of the two neighbouring buildings, as well as initial earthworks.
An important milestone was also recently reached: the geothermal drilling was successfully completed. This represents a decisive step towards a sustainable energy supply for our project.
In addition, the sheet piling has already been driven into the ground – another important step in securing the future construction pit and preparing for the next phase of work.
Work is currently underway to secure the adjacent buildings. The neighbouring houses are being stabilised by means of underpinning so that we can connect our new Victoria’s Next building safely and seamlessly to the existing buildings.
